On the morning of July 9, 2025, at the SKY Expo Vietnam International Convention and Exhibition Center, the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA), in collaboration with its official partners, officially opened the Itech Expo 2025 – International Technology Fair and Exhibition.
The event takes place over three consecutive days, from July 9 to July 11, 2025, under the theme “New Tech Empower”, aiming to shape an innovative, application-driven technology ecosystem that fosters trade cooperation opportunities while accompanying government agencies and enterprises in the digital era.
With a total exhibition area of nearly 4,000 square meters, Itech Expo 2025 brings together more than 120 reputable technology enterprises from Vietnam and abroad. The exhibition showcases core technologies such as AI, IoT, and Big Data, alongside highly interactive technologies including drones, robotics, and Holobox, as well as industry-specific solutions such as EdTech, AgriTech, FinTech, and cybersecurity, together with a dedicated zone for startups.
The event is expected to attract over 5,000 visitors and generate more than 1,000 business connections, with the participation of nearly 10 countries and territories, including Russia, South Korea, China, Taiwan (ROC), the United Kingdom, Israel, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Laos.

Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association and Head of the Organizing Committee, shared that building on the achievements of its inaugural edition, Itech Expo 2025 marks a new milestone in the journey toward developing a comprehensive ecosystem where technology is truly applied to address real societal challenges.
HCA continues to take a pioneering role in accompanying enterprises and local authorities in digital transformation, creating a platform for startups and strengthening trade activities amid a volatile global landscape. He emphasized that Itech Expo 2025 is positioned as a key meeting point connecting solution providers, technology adopters, and government agencies to jointly shape a sustainable digital future, not only for Vietnam but also for the wider region.

A major breakthrough of Itech Expo 2025 lies not only in its exhibition scale but also in the tools designed to maximize trade activation. Making its debut at the event, the digital trade connection platform enables businesses to proactively connect and optimize collaboration opportunities on-site. In parallel, technology product trading programs featuring exclusive promotions and a convenient cashless payment system are set to strongly stimulate commercial activities and market demand.
ITECH EXPO 2025 features seven thematic conferences introducing cutting-edge technology solutions, with contributions from more than 50 leading experts and speakers representing global technology corporations such as Dell Technologies, Amazon Web Services (AWS), NVIDIA, Acer, Intel, and Logitech, alongside Vietnam’s major enterprises including Viettel, VNPT, CMC Telecom, and DigiEx.

What differentiates the conference series is the active leadership role of government authorities, including the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, the Southern Center for Education and Training Development, the Management Board of the High-Tech Agricultural Park, and QTSC, in coordination with professional associations. This demonstrates a strong commitment to innovation and a readiness to collaborate in solving real-world challenges across key sectors. Conference topics focus on optimizing business productivity, enhancing management quality, education enrollment and training, sustainable agriculture and tourism development, as well as infrastructure development and cyber security.

Chaired by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, the Digital Transformation Consulting Program for local authorities stands out as a highly relevant highlight. The Organizing Committee has designated a dedicated area to provide consultation for 168 wards and communes in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as neighboring localities, supporting their efforts to build e-government systems and implement digital transformation initiatives serving citizens and businesses.
Mr. Lam Dinh Thang, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, noted that in the city’s new development context, the application of digital technology in governance is an urgent requirement to improve operational efficiency. Therefore, the Department’s collaboration with Itech Expo 2025 in organizing this in-depth consulting session aims to equip grassroots leaders with the most suitable technological tools and solutions aligned with practical needs.
At the event, leaders of wards and communes will engage in direct one-on-one consultations with 10 leading technology enterprises in the city, gaining access to more than 50 digital transformation solution packages across five key areas: public administration and population management; local economic development; infrastructure, urban management, and the environment; culture, education, and healthcare; and agriculture and rural development.

Beyond being an international technology showcase, Itech Expo 2025 reaffirms its mission to spread positive values, promote innovation aligned with social responsibility, and continuously elevate quality to deliver tangible, practical benefits for the community.
